The Simplicity skirt patterns come in sizes 3-8, the McCall's set are sizes 3-5 and the Butterick jumper runs in sizes 1-3, however I find them to be generously sized and if you lengthen the pattern you can use it for slightly bigger sizes as well. Good luck.
Yes, I love those little jumpers too. I could run them up in gorgeous fabrics - what fun!
