I have been working on two new patterns since the release of the Eleena dress, and one is almost ready to go into testing. The Wild and Free lounge pants are very close to being done! I am super excited about it, since I think they are so cute! If you are interested in testing or just want to be in the know, please join Coffee + Thread Facebook group.
The pants have two views. The one pictured here has a variety of animal stencils with 3D ears. The second view has a variety of applique templates with out the 3D effect. Of course, the pants can be made with out an applique or stencil!
The pants are perfect for an active child. They are comfortable to wear, the design adds just a touch of whimsy and look at those deep pockets!
Aaaa, bunnies! So far, I have a kitten, a puppy and a bear! My three year old adores the pants and wears them all the time! And this is a child who normally refuses to wear any pants! They are fitted enough to be also worn underneath dresses instead of leggings.
This was one of the first samples I made, I moved the ears to be above the knee caps. Interested in making a pair for your child?
I would love to test the pattern, I think the bunnies are super cute!

ReplyDeleteLove these. My almost 3 year old daughter has some cat leggings that she loves but are getting holes in the knee. These would be a PUURRFECT solution. Can't wait.
