The Antalya Dress in Stripes and Polka Dots

I made quite a few Antalya dresses while working on the pattern. A few are still not finished!  I shared all the tester versions here. I made these two dresses a while ago, and finally had the time to take pictures. The pattern is on sale through April 26. To purchase go HERE.

The polka dot fabric came from my stash, and before that it was in my mom's stash. It's quite possible that the fabric is older then me. That's old. :) It's size 3 and fits Evelyn great. She wears 3T in store bought clothes.

The back of Evelyn's dress has a bias bound slit with buttons. Ania's dress has an exposed zipper.  I took quite a few pictures, but this is the only one that shows the back. We had to do the photoshoot in the middle of the day, since the weather was changing rapidly, and not all pictures are usable because of the harsh sun.

I played with stripes on Ania's dress.  The band at the hem was not a part of the original design, but this was one of the first versions and it was too short. I am sort of glad it was, because I really like the detail.

Just walking through the forest. :)

The Antalya pattern can be purchased here.

I would love if you follow me!

  9. Love them both too! The stripe on the bottom gives that dress a nice finish - I'm thinking it was serendipitous.
