Zipper Tutorials

I didn't have any real formal sewing training. I took classes in high school and had an awful teacher who taught us pretty much nothing. Most of my education came from Burda Style magazine and other seamstresses who, unlike me, knew what they were doing. It's so much easier now with plenty of tutorials available with a click of a mouse. I've decided to do an ongoing series, Tricks of the Trade, where I will share tips, tricks, and techniques that make sewing more enjoyable. I will post my own tips, compile roundups and perhaps have guests sharing.
My first post of the series is a zipper tutorial roundup. I don't know about you, but I have a hate/love relationship with zippers. I love how they can make s garment look professionally made and neat. They are (usually) quick to install. But on the other hand, nothing screams more 'handmade' than a poorly installed zipper. So this is a compilation of zipper tutorials that are, in my opinion, well written and easy to follow.  Enjoy!
